The Asheville Zen Den is a one of a kind healing space. The spa is ran by a professional, kind group of amazing therapists. The space is very comfortable and cleansing to the body, mind and soul. I was definitely able to "zen" out. I felt at home and look forward to going back soon. I have been to see Sarah twice for deep tissue massage to help with pain and inflammation in my neck, shoulder blades, arms and hands due to carpal tunnel. I experienced immediate relief and increased range of motion. Hands down the most therapeutic massage I have received, and VERY reasonable pricing. I highly recommend it. Try it, you will more than like it!
Wendy always does an amazing massage. She always asks where I need help and listens...she works on exactly what I need. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she knows exactly the right about of pressure and location of my knots. I leave feeling relaxed and less stressed and my body feels free of tension. The Zen Den is a quiet, calm, and peaceful place.
